MYSTERY
Historians refer to past decisions. In this lesson, students will learn about three due process champions: John Peter Zenger, Fred Korematsu, and Clarence Gideon. Students will be able to provide evidence to answer the mystery question: “Why and how do people fight for due process rights?”
