iCivics Receives Reynolds Journalism Institute Fellowship

The Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute awarded nine fellowships for the 2018–19 academic year that address ways to reach underserved audiences, improve the quality and each of video and data-driven stories, coordinate the coverage of breaking news and help high school students identify reliable sources of news and information. Chief Project and Partnerships Officer, Kelly Whitney received the institutional fellowship for iCivics. By expanding the Webquest digital tool, iCivics plans to develop a new digital tool for high school students to conduct research online.
